Sydney graduated from West Virginia University in May 2021 as an Interior Design Major and has fully embraced the notion of becoming a Real Estate Developer and is committed to building Affordable Luxury Homes throughout Baltimore City.

Mr. Len Dockins, a Real Estate Property Manager, with over 10 years experience in owning and operating rental properties throughout the Park Heights Community formed Kouture Enterprises LLC on December 2020 as a graduation gift to his daughter, Miss Sydney Dockins.
